By visiting or using this website (the "Site"), or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Terkim Global ("Terkim", "we", "us"). It presents the businesses in our group and lets you ask us about them.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Site for a company or another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Different accounts have different access, set by us. Do not try to reach anything your role does not allow.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Site at risk, or is used unlawfully.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive;
• send false, spam or automated requests, or pretend to be someone else;
• try to break, probe, overload or bypass the security or access controls of the Site;
• scrape, copy or harvest the Site or its data by automated means, except through tools we have authorised;
• upload malware or anything that could harm the Site or other people;
• use the Site to harass anyone, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Terkim Homes & Properties shows estates, plot sizes, starting prices and payment plans. Please understand that:

• Listings are for information. They are an invitation to enquire, not an offer that you can accept by clicking.
• Prices, availability, payment plans and terms can change, and the Site may not reflect the latest position. We confirm current terms with you directly.
• A purchase happens only through a written agreement signed by both sides. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative.
• We encourage you to inspect any property, review its documents, and take independent legal advice before you buy.
• Always confirm payment details with us through the official contact details on this Site before you send money.

Terkim Counselling is a new venture. Information on this Site about counselling is general, and a request through the Site does not by itself create a counselling relationship. That begins only when we both agree to start sessions.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you are thinking of harming yourself, do not use this website. Call the Nigerian emergency number 112, or go to the nearest hospital.

When you send a request, you agree that we may contact you using the details you gave us, including by phone, email and WhatsApp, to respond to it. You will keep receiving marketing only if you have agreed to it.

The Site, including its design, text, logos, graphics and software, belongs to Terkim or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view it and print pages for your own, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify or redistribute it, or use our names and logos, without our written permission.

What you send us remains yours. You allow us to use it only to deal with your request and to run our services, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The Site links to and relies on services we do not control, such as Google and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms apply when you use them.

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date, or that the information on it is complete. The Site is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Terkim is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim connected with the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the service that gave rise to it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer under Nigerian law.

You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these terms or the law while using the Site.

We may change these terms, or the Site itself, from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the Site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the Site if we need to. This version was last updated on 30 October 2026.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a disagreement arises, we ask you to contact us first so we can try to settle it in good faith. If that does not work, the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.

These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.
